Paulette Landrieux’s case was about to be closed until a copper decided to look for her house on Google Maps. A chill went down his spine when he discovered an image of the pensioner walking away from her Belgium home and ultimately to her death.
By “creepy” coincidence, the Google Maps team had been out that day taking pictures. The image allowed police to retrace the mother-of-four’s footsteps, leading to the discovery of her body just yards away.
