Apparently, the RPC Londrina (affiliate TV Globo) was doing a sports report or something related to the local community.
In fact, this year the RPC Londrina celebrates 60 years of existence in the city of Londrina, being the first city to have a television station in Brazil!!

I forgot to mention in the post that the name of the TV station was previously ‘TV Coroados’ since its inauguration in 1963, being renamed consecutively in the years 2000 until 2016.
