Meribel Resort News report that they’ve seen google in the slopes in Meribel, France. It’s a popular ski resort in the Alpes.
The snowmobile equipped with GPS tracker and a 360 degree camera was out filming on Friday, so if you saw a snowmobile with a ‘Pegman’ logo on it – you better have smiled!
Meribel will be the first European resort to be visible on street view for ski runs after Google successfully filmed Whistler for it’s first attempt at making pistes viewable online.
