That’s a sculpture, not real people.
This is just a life-size figure! I live near there. Its infront of a church!
I think this is a security-camera in the city, hidden in the humans.
At the main-station of Düsseldorf is another figure as photograph. I think inclusive camera too.
If they’re statues then they look remarkably real. DAMN!
I think that picture was taken in the town of Enniscorthy in Ireland.
