  1. Its not a public toilet, its a display from a toilet manufacturer. Pan left and up and you can see the “Toto” sign.

  2. No way… It’s not a public toilet or whatsoever.
    This is a small business company who manufactures pumps. 🙂
    Probably what you see is a product display.
